1995 Jeep cherokee I6 cracked radiator help

Hey all,

I have a 1995 jeep Cherokee I6 that has a cracked radiator, i have managed to undo the hoses, empty the fluid, remove the one electric fan, and removed the braces and supports. I have also undid the transmission return line, however the remaining transmission line refuses to come off, i was told i would need a “quick removal tool” from the guys at the oriley auto parts in my town, so i bought one and that’s it, i have tried to slide the bottom part of it underneath the “teeth’ however it will not go down and im at a loss as to what to do.
