1995 Honda Accord Lxi windows related

Hi guys,

First time poster so please forgive any ignorance with where I put this post or anything contained within 🙂

I have a couple of questions for lil fix up jobs I’m doing on my 1995 Honda Accord Lxi 2.2 to get It ready to sell on. One Is, how would I re-bond the rubber lining that’s coming away from the top part of the passenger door panel? (see attached .jpg) and two, what could be the cause and therefore fix for a very screechy, noisy operating drivers side window? It doesn’t do this every single time It’s used but can be unbearably loud and grating. My mechanic has just been spraying silicone down the window while It’s attached to the car lol and that helps for a while but any Info/help as to a more permanent fix would be appreciated.
