1995 F-150 Old plugs – Good, bad, or ugly?

      Didn’t feel this really fit in the other 2 sections, and I’m more curious than concerned. They look like good wear to me, but since it’s a recent purchase on my part and all the fixing up of it I’ve done lately might have put my blinders on.

      Feel I went through it fairly thoroughly, misses, CEL’s, rust, etc, but you never know. Motorcraft originals by the look of them:

        Normal wear, but ugly if OE. But, usually Motorcraft is used as the common replacement because it’s sold everywhere. The same for AC Delco, both OE but because they are sold everywhere, common to see as replacements.

          Spark Plugs of that vintage where installed with a dab of paint on the terminal end of the plug. I have seen bout any color. If there is no paint then they are not original.

          On todays vehicles replacement plugs seem to all have that dab of paint. Must be for identification or something when they are manufactured.
