1995 Acura Integra CEL 43 (Fuel Supply System) Bad EVAP Solenoid???

I’ve been trying to diagnose what is causing my CEL 43 (Fuel Supply System) on this Integra. I’ve replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump, O2 sensor (twice in case the first was defective), and tested the FPR. Today, I was unplugging sensors trying to see how the engine would react or if I got any other codes. I unplugged the EVAP Purge Solenoid and observed no change in the engine, nor did I get a different CEL code. I will also note that the EVAP Vapor Canister has a broken nozzle for the hose connected to the EVAP Purge Solenoid. This hose is just dangling, but it has been this was for a couple of years and this CEL 43 code is fairly recent. Could this be the result of a bad EVAP Purge Solenoid and/or the result of the broken nozzle over time? I appreciate the feedback!
