Like i said the car is at 30psi at idle and wen asselerated increases 5 psi and wen the fuel pressure regulator disconnected it goes to 40.Car specs are 35-45psi koeo. I think it might be a fuel volume problem what do you guys think. Oh yea and i got a code 335 code.

Is the car hesitating or drive ability issues? its normal for the fuel pressure to jump up when vac line unplugged.
nothing so far sounds out of spec. no gas in the vac line. you could do a leak down check. is the fuel filter clean?
As for the p0335 crank position sensor. check the connector and harness for problems. If you have a scan tool.
disable the ignition and crank the engine and see if you can read a crank rpm. if not replace the sensorC8-)

Code 335 is EGR related for the DPFE sensor. There notorious for failing on Fords.

Here are some video’s by Scanner Danner that may help you –

You didn’t say if the vehicle is showing any symptoms or not.
To answer your question – yes, you can have good pressure but not volume, and vice versa.

These guys did an excellent video showing one scenario: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K7qVwQSZ6OU
