1994 Accord Wagon Electrical Anomalies

Haven’t had a chance to start troubleshooting but in the last day or so the car has been acting odd electrically. Yesterday while driving if I turned the headlamps on, the tach and speedo would dip sharply and the abs light would come on for a little bit and there was a constant clicking in the passenger side of the dash. Today after driving about 40 miles from my town to the next bigger one for a med appointment. I began to smell antifreeze as well as noted the temp gauge was at the 3/4 mark at a stoplight. The temp went back down when I began moving again. It never went back over the half mark after that and it’s normal place is at the 1/3 mark. When I got to the place of the appointment I noticed the rad over flow cap was wet but notjing else. And when I shut the car off the underhood cooling fan relay was clicking incessantly. The rad fan does run. I noted that before I shut off the car. On my way home while I didnt turn on the lights, apparently using the windows triggered the same event and I had the ABS light on again with something clicking in the passenger side of the dash. Whatever the problem is, it’s draining the battery bad between starts forcing me to jump the car
