I’ve done it before with a civic but I am unable to find the actuator clip retaining screw to pull apart the actuator from the mirror body on my 94 accord. So in light of this is there a way to separate the heated glass from the actuator? Or do i have to contort and find a set of speciality skinny screwdrivers?

Regretably its not as easy as that as I wish to retain the heated glass. The FSM indicates a screw that does not exist in my case, plus mentions it doesnt seperate like normal glass.

According to the instructions theres a pin to remove once the housing is off.

Yeah I know. I’m hunting for some low profile offset screwdrivers since there is no screw in the access hole
