      The purge valve kind of concerns me.

        +1 with the above post. ECT’s are known for causing issues with some Saturns._x000D_

          the temp runs like it has for 6 years low when driving at 60 slowly raising at idle to close to the red mark apparently where the fans kick on is about 200 degrees and thats apparently close to red line on my gauge i had a temp sensor switched out by my f

            and i do not have acess to pid data my scan tool only works on obd2 and is not that sophisticated its the 100 innova from walmart.

              You didn’t try to pull any diagnostic codes. The car revs fine without_x000D_
              drive train. but once in gear it bogs. I wonder if your having a coolant_x000D_
              temp sensor problem. the car runs below temp then jumps up to red._x000D_
              try driving the car with full heat on and

                    alright well just read the repair manual for the iac valve should i have to replace it on autozone.com and it says Retract the pintle of a new IAC valve using a suitable scan tool. what is a suitable scan tool the only thing i have is a obd2 check engine
