Start by checking for vacuum leak(s) also, have you done anything lately to the cooling system ? if air is in the cooling system it can cause drivabilty probs. try bleeding the cooling system

+++1 on the above. when first started Does the jeep ever idle up past 500 rpm?
if not try replacing the IAC after searching for vacuum leaks.

Sorry to hear that. I recommended you clean the Throttle Body. Does this Car have a distributor cap and rotor? If so replace them. Spark plug wires as well. Also clean the MAF sensor if your car has one.

To tell you the truth I didn’t see a rough idle. Then again it is hard to tell by the video. Do you have the 6 or 8 banger? Check the intake for leaks? If you have trashed motor mounts this can give the feeling of a rough idle. Lastly, not sure if I am hearing an exhaust leak, again its hard to tell. But inspect the exhaust system for cracks or leaks. Especially if it snows where you live.

I believe your jeep has a GM 2.8 V6. Those engines all idle a little slow and rough.

Not to disrespect but you did say in your first post that is was a V6. I’ll just remember not to try and help you next time.
