1993 Integra Hatch Gap

Hey guys, I just recently replaced a hatch on my 1993 DA9 with a junkyard hatch off of another 93 DA9. After replacing it, there appears to be a large gap in between the top of the hatch and the roof of the car. everything aligns perfectly by the quarterpanels and the actual rear end of the vehicle, but the top near the roof and the sides by the glass, there is a pretty sizeable gap. About 3/8″. I never noticed this gap on the car before, but is this normal? Or is there some way to adjust it? Any help would be awesome. Thanks a bunch!
