1993 Acura Integra high cold start idle

Hey Eric, love your videos! Anyhow, I have a 93 Acura Integra that idles at between 2,100-2,300 rpm on a cold start? Any idea to what is causing this high idle? Also after it warms up the idle sometimes bounces around, but mainly stays on the low side an makes the car kinda vibrate inside? Any advice on what this might be is greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot an keep up the good work.
