I have a question. I have a 92 honda accord and I was wondering if the speedometer says I’m going 40 but I’m really going 50 if its the sensor or something else. Thank you

Tire size can also cause speedometers to show the wrong speed..

All the tires are the stock ones

It could have the wrong gear on the speed sensor. I’m not sure how many choices Honda has for them.

Well if the wheel size is proper, its either your VSS, your speedometer itself or a wiring issue.

1 vote on replacing speedo with a used one.
