      Earlier in the week my dash and running lights just stopped functioning. I replaced the switch and checked what several fuses supposedly associated with tail and dash lighting. None were faulty according to continuity testing. Not sure where to begin next with this vehicle

        You probably need a wiring diagram to track this down. I would suspect a ground issue given the lights are on different circuits and the fuses appear to be good. Look for the common points in the circuits.
