I have a 1991 Honda Civic DX Sedan automatic with about 160k miles on it. Last week I began to have electrical issues.I left my lights on and it ran down the battery,I recharged the battery on a charger, put it in the car and drove off. A mile down the road it, the battery dies and no amount of jumping would get it started. I charged the battery again, and it dies again while driving, but starts up after sitting a while. After a few days of this crap, I began to troubleshoot the issue. I checked the relays, the battery and (I’m assuming prematurely) ruled out the alternator because it is new. While I was troubleshooting I replaced the distributor rotor hoping that might do something, but after I did that the car will crank, but not start, even with a fully charged battery. The oil light is on some times and the battery light is on constantly since the problem started. Here is a video of what happens when I try to start the car.
