The AC blower was only working on the two higher speeds. Now it is intermittently not working at all. Is this the resister? Where is the resister on a 91 Integra?.

And another issues is on hot days the car will not start or if I drive a short distance and turn the car off, then it may not start unless I let it sit for a while. Is this the main relay for the fuel pump?

“AC blower”, do you mean the in-dash fan?

As for the hot starting issue, does the starter crank the engine when you turn the key, or does everything remain static? If the engine isn’t turning over, do you hear a click or buzzing when you turn the key?

Yes, it does sound like the resistor has gone out. It is a small device mounted in the heater/evaporator case near the blower motor. Follow the wire plugged into the blower motor and it will lead you to the resistor. You may want to replace the blower motor as well. As they age they draw more current which in turn can cause the new resistor to have a short life.

That is a symptom of a failing main relay.

            Thanks for the help.

Replaced the main relay and that addressed starting issue. I believe the fuel pump circuit had arcing connectors.
Blower motor had a bad connector, Also replace the relay and all the speeds now work.
