Emissions failures with poor acceleration and no check engine light I would actually be checking the mechanical timing, if your timing belt jumps time it can exhibit those symptoms.

You would need to check your timing marks.

The TPS issue may have been related to the emissions failure if the PCM was seeing high voltage on the SGN RTN wire._x000D_

I usually check the integrity of the wiring first with a wiring diagram and DVOM before moving on to the actual sensor._x000D_

It’s not common for Honda TPS’s to go bad and the one in the picture at least is aftermarket.
