Emissions failures with poor acceleration and no check engine light I would actually be checking the mechanical timing, if your timing belt jumps time it can exhibit those symptoms.

You would need to check your timing marks.

It’s not common for Honda TPS’s to go bad and the one in the picture at least is aftermarket.
