1989 Mazda B2200

Hello,

I’m new to this forum, and came to it after watching ETCG videos for the past week because they’re so entertaining.

I have an 1989 Mazda B2200 extra cab with 150k miles on it that I want to make into a truck I can drive for several more years. I spent 17k for an engine swap shop to put in a remanufactured engine and a new clutch. I am told that that’s a low price for parts and labor on a new engine, so I hope it ends up being a good deal and not a shoddy engine.

It has some scratches and rust which I might try to repair myself, and I will put herculiner in the bed, and I am sure it will need other things as well.
