1988 Mercury Grand Marquee 5.0. I replaced the Radiator hooked up everything started it and now the transmission cooler lines are leaking i removed the fitting that screws into radiator so there is just a bare line. nobody sells the fitting that i know of. there are what look to be adapters that came with the new radiator. the male threads screw into the radiator and there are female threads on the back side. What do i do?

Well I finally got it!! The adapters that came with the radiator were garbage. I got a Flare nut Flared the line but the threads in the adapters that came with the radiator didn’t go all the way down so the line didn’t even touch the adapter. I ended up using a compression fitting which screwed into the radiator. and it works great.
