      I’ve checked both fans,replaced radiator,thermostat,but continues to overheat only when operating a/c.A/c does not appear to visually have any leaks.suggestions as to what to look for next??

        Both fans turn on when you turn a/c on? If so only things that comes to my mind are radiator cap or something restricting coolant flow like air in cooling system, collapsing hose, or faulty water pump.

          Are you sure that you purge all the air out, majority of times it’s air in system that cause overheat.

            +1 on purging the air out of the system correctly. If this is not done properly, air can remain in the system and cause all kinds of issues, including overheating.
