ok car starts and idles. but stalls when throttle pushed. if I remember right you had 60 psi fuel pressure.that needs to be rechecked.
should be 30-32 at idle. was the timing ever checked or set? are you vacuum leak free? do you have a cel on? if you do post codes. C8-)

ok so i moved the timing and pushed it over 1k rpms was about maybe 1.2 or 3k rpms and the car was working fine now there is this valve or dont know what it is ill post some pics now this valve or what ever it is has a needle where you can twist it and regulate it when i opened it up the car would go over 10k rpms working fine fuel pressure hasn’t being checked again you do smell gas everytime your trying to turn it on.

I’m taking a guess by the picture. It looks like the fuel pressure regulator. do your fuel lines go in and out of that piece? C8-)

no fuel regulator is on the left side of the picture look at it and it will be to the left side of the monitor that 1 runs vacuum lines it has the lil needle to regulate it

according to your pictures that part is your Idle speed control Fi Pot part# 16182N if you were adjusting this thats your idle adjustment.
took 2 hours to find. C8-)

thats not the idle speed control its the barometric pressure sensor, the idle speed control is next to the throttle body its attached on the side of it.
funny thing is that 2 days ago i turned the car on move the distributor you can rotate mine and it accelerates or decreases the timing
anyway i moved it acelerated it and the car was running normal i brought back down yesterday and wasn’t running properly i tried pushing the timing up again
and the car seemed to wrok even worst is like when your at the hospital 1 day your fine and the next almost dying im honestly lost now
i’ve done about everything and nothing changes.

when I pull up p/n 16182N its listed as Idle speed control The Barometric pressure sensor is p/n 16484P
good luck and keep us posted. C8-)

It’s not a good idea to just adjust the distributor without using a timing light and following the procedure for the timing adjustment for your engine (or just arbitrarily start making any kind of adjustments without following some kind of procedure), you can actually damage the engine if you don’t adjust ignition timing correctly. Since this seems to alter the engine’s behavior you might consider checking the mechanical timing of the engine as the belt could have jumped a tooth or something which would cause all kinds of issues.

ok so i have had some things i had to do so i wasn’t working on the car till today, i finally put a new fuel regulator and is the same thing almost.
i do feel a change the car stays at 1000 rpms something doesn’t let get higher but it sounds like it wants too, i hit the gas and leave my foot all the way down and sounds like if it wants too keep going up but it stays there.
i didn’t check the timing belt cause i made a deal with this mechanic i finish building his garage in exchange he would fix my car and fix all the codes and the whole nine yards.

I would strongly suggest that you try to nail down the problem before you replace anymore parts and checking the mechanical timing I feel is a good place to start.
