Hello, I just was wondering if getting a belt for the non AC version of my car would be okay. It should clear the compressor, but I don’t know if it would mess with the timing or something like that. My compressor is shot and vibrates the whole car. It is r12 and so far, no one has the proper equipment to dispose of it. That is why I just want to bypass it. Also the weight will aid in winter driving. 🙂

I search on the web. I did not find pulley that replace the AC for the Camry. Only for the 4runner, corolla and Celica for the 1986. But I found a cluch ac pulley and a compressor.

not quite the answer I was looking for, but thanks for the help. I am looking to bypass the compressor all together. I don’t want to get it fixed… noticed the price lol. I want to make sure if I get the smaller belt things would still function as they should.

Well, I decided that there would be no harm in bypassing the compressor. I just bought the belt for the non AC model and it is a night and day difference driving the car. No vibration at all! It seems to be more quiet, but that smooth ride is so nice. Beats getting that compressor fixed any day. 24 dollars vs like 200 or more.
