      My first post!
Picked up the GP a couple of years ago. Traded a 2001 650 MC for it.
I am the 3rd owner. Have the original sales slip: $4900 including tax!
Talked with original owner as well.
In very good shape. Did have to replace front floor pans.
      400 4-bbl auto 97,000 miles

      Work done so far:
Starter; water pump; fuel pump; timing chain; heater core; electronic module (HEI first year) and rear springs/shocks
Fighting rough idle issue. Just picked up a used Edelbrock 750. Rebuilt it same problem.
QJet that was on it had issues even after I had it rebuilt.
Maybe worn cam or valves? Compression check looked good. Lowest was 130 psi

But, it does not burn oil and rides nice.

Beautiful car. As for your rough idle issue, how’s the ignition timing? If it’s off, it could cause a rough idle. It’s also possible that your carb isn’t adjusted properly, either it’s too rich or too lean. I don’t really know much about adjusting carburetors, but it’s a possibility.
