That gives us very little room to work with as it doesn’t give us any information. The starter on these cars is a pattern failure though. It is possible it is sticking. If you go to replace it, don’t listen to the YouTube videos that say you need to take apart the suspension. All you need to do is turn the wheel and with a little Tetris mastery, you can get it out

Me and my buddy noticed that the starter had a hard time turning. Pull old battery out and swaped for a new one, installed it and now starter will not even “click” Turn egnition key and nothing happens.

Dashboard likes like normal, and no other lites show up, not even the little key symbol. Did I loose the prgramed key info?

Removing the battery does not erase the memory of the ecm only codes. Try hitting the starter with something to see if you can get it unstuck. If it doesn’t work, removing it and testing it would be my recommendation. Thing to remember when you are having electronic component issues is to check your fuses and relays before you jump into the mechanical components. You could have a blown fuse

Thank you. I’ll work on it this weekend. I am still puzzled how could this happened by just disconnecting the battery for several hours while I was purchasing a new battery.

I’ll look for the starter relay. Thx.
