Just replaced front pads, rotors, hoses and calipers with Napa parts. Been driving about 500 miles. Now when I drive the brakes are great but upon coming to the final few feet of coast/ stopping , it feels that the front driver side caliper is grabbing a little. Is this consistent with possible bad caliper even though it only does this in last few feet of stopping.

Also brakes have been well bled many times due to many brake repairs/ replacements. If I change this one caliper and gravity bleed before stepping on brake pedal. Is is sufficient to only bleed the one caliper?

is your brake palsating when stoping… that could be a sign of bad rotors….

Not really, when braking it stops great highway or town during brake application and slow down. When I am almost to complete stop, it feels as if the left front caliper grabs last minute but it does not pull. Just almost like light grind sound and hesitation or jerk feeling. Hard to explain. Very minimal and only right before stop sign but clearly from left front wheel.

Took front caliper off, replaced hardware but not the new pads. Regreased, cleaned rotor with brake clean, etc and put back together. Drove fine yesterday and today began to squeal when cold but stopped after a minute or two of braking. Took back apart and found large crack in outer break pad splitting pad against rotor from inner pad back metal plate. Obviously replacing, would you still change the caliper. Again not grabbing etc….
