      my 05 accord 4 cyl stalls while im in idle or at a red light, i cleaned the maf sensor and cleaned teh throttle body but no change. Also theres no fuel filter so that cant be it. but most of the time its very smooth and and doesnt shake at all, it happens rarely when im at a red light.

          when its about to die the rpm drop and starts to shake then turns off but i sometimes put it in neutral and rev it a lil to keep up the rpms.

            You might check the operation of the IAC. Sometimes they exhibit that behavior. Do you have any check engine light codes? If so address those first. Also check for vacuum leaks as suggested above.
