04 crown vic last 3rd gear and up

Hey guys thanks for your time. Gotta make this fast but ill post more info later.

A friend of mine has a 04 crown vic with the interceptor in it. it has 130k miles

She had some 20ich rims installed on her car along with a lift kit. in all she spent 3k.

About a weak later she was on her way home on the high way and stated noticing issues. The next day she had no Reverse and or 3rd gear or higher.

It is shifting late in gears 1-2 and you kinda have to play with the throttle to get it to shift. 3rd gear around 35mph it acts like it shifts but just revs (NOT SLIPPING) Just revs like its in N.

Im getting no code on my scanner. I did not notice a O/D light flashing.

I know most the parts that cause shifting issues Lie-

TPS.
Shift packs.
Trans pump.
Lose or damaged wires.
Failed ecm.
Range sensor.
Shift indicator.
Others.
But the problem is Im not getting codes to show up. Do yall have any ideas on what the issue could be?
