I own a 2003 Toyota Camry with the 2.4l 2AZ-FE engine and a 4-speed auto. It has 195,000 miles(80% highway if that matters), and I was looking for some tips on what should be done to keep it running another 195,000. It’s quite sluggish, especially when the A/C is on because of the extra load. It has also been running on 87 octane its whole life.
Things done:
-Regular oil changes(Should I switch over to some high mileage synthetic? Using conventional now.)
-Regular air filter changes.
-Timing Belt(Don’t recall mileage, but not too long ago.)
-Trans Flush(10,000 miles ago)What should be done?
Thanks! B)
