I think I know the answer, but I thought I would just get some input from anyone here.

The minivan looses about 1/2 quart of coolant every other day.
White smoke, and water accumulate at the tail pipe.
Coolant is dripping off the engine block and onto the oil pan, and oil filter. Looks like coolant is leaking from the oil filter, but I believe it is just running off it.
A few months ago the valve cover had been replaced, however I think that the oil that was pouring out of the valve cover ate away at some of the head gasket.
Upper radiator hose to thermostat is slightly bulged.
      water pump pulley looks dry.

Will do a leak down test tomorrow!

200k on this little red wagon.

Do a block test to see if gases are in the coolant.
You could do a pressure test.maybe a freeze plug.
Does the white smoke stay constant or go away?

I believe the white smoke is constant. Its been really cold outside, so its hard to tell. But there is a lot of moisture on the ground where the exhaust is.

Take the time, do the block test and confirm that you do indeed have a combustion leak before you commit to a head gasket replacement. As for the coolant leak do a pressure test to find out the source. It’s likely the coolant leak is causing air in the system which can cause all kinds of issues.
