02 Dodge Stratus 2.7L Squeal question

I have an 02 Dodge Stratus 2.7l and whenever it’s cold out and the car has been sitting through the night, when it starts I get a squealing noise that starts and then subsides once the car has run for a minute. I’m guessing it’s a belt? Also if I were to cold start it and drive when I tun the steering will it’s not smooth. However once it warms up it’s fine. Power steering belt? Any ideas on what I would need to replace?
