The instermit cluster went dead and I’ve lost hazard and blinkers also the heater fan too I feel like it’s the van or the module on the fuse block. However I don’t have the tools to test them.

check fuse 20 in bay fuse box that fuse runs cluster, bcm.

Fuse shows ground on both sides

do you have access to a high level scan tool. you need to test pci bus for communication. if not might need to go to the dealer. i have replaced many ipms ( fuse box)
