i got sounds idk where coming from i checked alternator and idle pulley and ac but they spin fine i didnt find any griding but heres a video

My friends’ car had a sound almost just like that, but it doesn’t mean her car had the same problem… one of the pullys was loose and wobbling back and fourth, we just replaced it. It sounds like you have a loose pully, or even a bad bearing. What I would do is, turn off the car, and (If you know how to re-route your belt) take off the belt, and get onto every pully with your hands and just try moving them side to side, they should be solid, and not moving at all.
It’s not necesary to remove the belt, you would get more movement from the pullys and it would be more obvious, and you wouldnt need to fight around your belt to check for movement.
i dont think ac or bearing cuz ac is off i tried pulland spin them when change the belt but when do valve covers i will check them i have feeling its alternator cuz wasnt doing it till i change antifreeze some water did get on alternator
and i had hell of time getting belt on cuz was so damn tight u litly had like half inch left on tensioner i had use pipe get it on and i had start pipe facing back of car
I’m talking from personal experience, I have had water on my current alternator before with no problems.. an alternator usually makes a whining sound or a drill type sound. Here’s a video that may help you locate the sound. Also, without the drive belt on, is the sound still present? Or is it gone?
For me it’s a little easier working on cars, because I’m a smaller guy and I can reach hard to reach areas easier and less struggle. So belts aren’t hard for me, only when there are 2 or more.

Not always as you’ll see if you watch the entire video.
When tracking down noises like this, test, don’t guess. As stated in the video you can run the engine without the alternator for a short time. Plenty of time to determine if there’s an issue. More info here.
