      🙁 any one know what the minimum thickness is for the front rotor on a 07 kia spectra. The car has 160,000 on it and as far as i know they have never been changed as i am the second owner.

        Some googling says 28 or 26mm depending on model and with or without ABS. Do the rotors have a noticable ridge, deep gouges or cracks, any brake vibration? if not then I would just chuck a set of pads on. A visual inspection and running your finger nail over the rotor would normally give you a good idea of the state its in.

          Don’t know about the thickness, but new ones are fairly inexpensive, around $20-$30 each depending on the brand.

            Usually it’s stamped on the rotor.

              just bought two for 004, they are cheap enough to replace then you don’t have to worry!
