http://bbbind.com/tech_database.htmlYou said you checked the charging system but didn’t say anything about the battery, if the battery is low it will effect the charging system, low system voltage can cause all kinds of electrical issues and effect a large group of systems.
Clean terminals, right? That does seem to be fully discharged from sitting over night, save for a parasitic draw._x000D_

The running voltage seems low to me, OTOH. My 92 Civic was over 14v running, but I can’t conclude if it’s the alternator or battery on youThat’s not exactly how you check a batteries state of charge, you would need a load tester or a conductance tester to do a proper battery test._x000D_

It’s just the RPM Gauge. But when I open the sunroof all the way thats when the RPM’s drop to 0 and the engine boggs down but doesn’tAnd I also noticed when the car isn’t running and I just swtich the key to the ON position and turn the turn signal
