so I started having alternator problems with my 2000 Durango. id have to tap it to get her to charge for a limited time. so that was pretty sketchy to drive but I was rocking it for the time being, but then my 99 Durango (my wifes truck) blew a wheel bearing on the passenger side. so I decided to bench mine and take the bearing from the 00 and put it on my wifes truck the 99 to keep one of our vehicles rolling. especially since I was eventually gonna get stranded with a dead battery because of the alternator. i had a fairly new wheel bearing on the drivers side of the 00 i had just replaced about 6 mos earlier. so the plan was grab that off mine and slap it on hers. i ended up stripping she sh!t out of the lugnut on that side. that’s what i get for using a tire iron instead of firing up the compressor and hitting it with an impact wrench. so i ended up taking the (who knows how old) bearing from the passenger side of the 00 for the 99. i had a lil damage done to the front end so i want to also replace the bumper and headlight. so to recap im replacing an alternator, bumber, headlight and probably both wheel bearings all on the 00. its not going to be all at once since money is an issue n so is the cold weather, not that any of these parts will be expensive but hey, i got bills. any tips and tricks from you guys would be appreciated. idk if i will post the pics and stuff as a new post or if ill just update this over n over. heres a few before pics ill attach.
