I agree with removing the belt to see if the noise goes away. I’m leaning toward a failing water pump but spinning all the pulleys to check for roughness is a must. It also sounds like a slight A/C pulley bearing noise but I don’t think it’s the main noise.
Those engines had issues with fan clutches as well.
