Your readings to the compressor and condenser fan should be 12v The compressor and fans
should have there own relays. you need to locate them to test them. make sure the compressor
does not have a broken wire. it takes pos and neg to operate.not just one wire. also check the
low pressure switch is made.if not this will hold the comp off
