This 2001 Saab 9-5 came in with just about every light lit up on the dash. The first code I pulled was a P1625 for the CEL which indicates a communication error between the ABS unit and the PCM. After looking into this code I found out this is a common problem with these Bosch ABS units.

As I said in the video the owner brought me this car along with the supposed fix. The symptoms were an intermittent no start and a message on the dash indicating a security system problem. Apparently this is a common problem with Saabs of this vintage and the problem is usually linked to this siren/security module.
