Does YouTube Help or Hurt the DIY? -ETCG1
The question has to be posed, does YouTube help or hurt the DIY? In my career as an automotive technician, I’ve had my fair share of customers come to me with solutions about their vehicles before I even begin work. It’s sites like YouTube that inspire these things.
In my experience this hasn’t always been good. In fact, sometimes it’s a downright PITA. However, there are times when a customer is right about something they saw on YouTube.
So I put the question to you, especially the automotive technicians out there, does YouTube help or hurt the DIYer?
