This is (Part 1) of the 2000 Pontiac Montana 3.4L Exhaust Manifold Leak Repair video. There is a full version of this video available to Premium Members of EricTheCarGuy.com.
This was one of the most difficult videos I’ve ever produced. Shooting took 4 days over 2 weeks, the edit took over 40 hours, and at the end, there was still an exhaust leak as well as other issues with the vehicle. That said, I think this is one of the best ETCG videos as far as content and production is concerned.
I’m told this isn’t a common issue on these engines. However, the information in this video can and will apply to other makes and models with similar issues.
